Bird Cage Awl Parts Kit - Turn a traditional bird cage awl with your handle design and choice of wood and install the same parts we use. One set includes a precision ground W1 tool steel blade, 4 1/2" X 3/16" square, heat treated to RC 59 -60. The pyramid point is ground to a 10 degree bevel, 1/2" in length. A 5/8" mirror polished bronze ferrule is included and both parts are ready for installation. The kit includes complete instructions and a pair of extra point guards. |

Burnisher Parts Kit - Produce your burnisher with a handle turned from a favorite wood and our parts. Czeck Edge burnisher rods are 11/32" in diameter 4 7/8" length, M2 high speed tool steel hardened to RC 62 - 64, center-less ground and polished to a 4 micro finish. Tandem indents are ground on one end to ensure a secure installation. A mirror polished 5/8" OD machined bronze ferrule is also included and complete instructions. |
